To accelerate the construction of Chongqing International Commercial Arbitration Center, in accordance with the provisions of the "Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Articles of Association of Chongqing Arbitration Commission", and the "Administrative Measures for the Arbitrators of Chongqing Arbitration Commission", the Commission decided to openly recruit foreign arbitrators in Southeast Asian countries, with relevant issues announced as follows:

01 申請(qǐng)條件/Application Conditions

申請(qǐng)人除應(yīng)符合《中華人民共和國(guó)仲裁法》第十三條規(guī)定的條件外，還應(yīng)滿足下列條件：

（一）基本條件

1.遵守《重慶仲裁委員會(huì)章程》《重慶仲裁委員會(huì)仲裁規(guī)則》《重慶仲裁委員會(huì)仲裁員管理辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定；

2.公道正派、誠(chéng)實(shí)守信、勤勉高效；

3.能夠運(yùn)用信息化系統(tǒng)和應(yīng)用程序；

4.熟練掌握英語(yǔ)，具有豐富的辦理國(guó)際商事案件經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

5.具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)、文字寫作能力；

6.能夠保證從事仲裁工作的時(shí)間；

7.身體健康，長(zhǎng)期辦理國(guó)際商事案件。

（二）優(yōu)先聘任條件

符合以下條件的申請(qǐng)人在同等條件下優(yōu)先考慮：

①具有多個(gè)國(guó)家律師執(zhí)業(yè)資格；

②系境外知名仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)在冊(cè)仲裁員；

The applicants shall meet the terms in Article 13 of the "Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China", and also meet the following conditions:

(I) Basic conditions

1. Abide by the "Articles of Association of Chongqing Arbitration Commission", "Arbitration Rules of Chongqing Arbitration Commission", and "Administrative Measures for the Arbitrators of Chongqing Arbitration Commission";

2. Be fair and decent, honest and trustworthy, diligent and efficient;

3. Be skilled in using information systems and apps;

4. Be proficient in English and have rich experience in handling international commercial cases;

5. Be good at language expression and text writing;

6. Ensure enough time to engage in arbitration work;

7. Be in good health and have rich experience in handling international commercial cases.

(II) Preferred qualifications

Applicants who meet the following conditions will be given priority under equal circumstances:

①Possess legal practice qualifications in multiple countries;

② Be registered arbitrators with internationally renowned arbitration institutions;

02 選聘程序/Recruitment Procedures

（一）申請(qǐng)。申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)填寫《重慶仲裁委員會(huì)仲裁員申請(qǐng)表》（見(jiàn)附件，或者登陸本會(huì)官網(wǎng)www.www.bic-ah.com首頁(yè)“通知公告”下載），并按《仲裁員申請(qǐng)材料清單》要求，按時(shí)提交申請(qǐng)表及相關(guān)材料。

（二）初審。對(duì)所有申請(qǐng)材料進(jìn)行初步審查（包括申請(qǐng)時(shí)間、資格條件、資料完善情況等）。

（三）復(fù)審。根據(jù)擇優(yōu)選聘原則，結(jié)合初審情況進(jìn)行人員篩選。

（四）評(píng)審。主任辦公會(huì)對(duì)復(fù)審合格人員進(jìn)行評(píng)審，形成擬聘名單。

（五）審定。本會(huì)委員會(huì)會(huì)議對(duì)擬聘名單進(jìn)行審定。

（六）聘任。向受聘仲裁員發(fā)放聘書，列入重慶仲裁委仲裁員推薦名冊(cè)。

(I) Application. The applicant shall fill in the "Application Form for Arbitrators of Chongqing Arbitration Commission" (see the Annex, or download it from "Announcement Column" on the homepage of Chongqing Arbitration Commission website at www.www.bic-ah.com), and submit the Application Form and relevant materials in accordance with the "List of Materials for Arbitrator Applicants".

(II) Preliminary review. Conduct preliminary review of all application materials (including application time, qualification requirements, and completeness of the submitted materials, etc.).

(III) Re-examination. According to the principle of selecting based on merit, select suitable candidates based on the preliminary review results.

(IV) Review. The director's office meeting will review the candidates and form a list of proposed recruiting arbitrators.

(V) Approval. The Committee Meeting of the Commission will verify and approve the list of proposed recruiting arbitrators.

(VI) Appointment. Issue the appointment letter to the arbitrators and include them in the arbitrator recommendation list of Chongqing Arbitration Commission.

03 有關(guān)事項(xiàng)/Notes

（一）申請(qǐng)時(shí)間自公告發(fā)布之日起至2025年9月20日止，逾期不再接收申請(qǐng)。

（二）申請(qǐng)人須同時(shí)提交電子版及紙質(zhì)版申請(qǐng)材料，并確保其真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、完整。

電子版申請(qǐng)材料發(fā)送至：cqaciac@www.bic-ah.com，郵件及文件名稱注明“仲裁員申請(qǐng)+姓名+經(jīng)常居住地”。所提交的全部材料均應(yīng)掃描為PDF格式后，全部壓縮打包完整發(fā)送。

紙質(zhì)版申請(qǐng)材料郵寄至：重慶市渝北區(qū)星光大道96號(hào)土星B2棟402室（重慶仲裁委員會(huì)收），郵單注明“仲裁員申請(qǐng)+姓名+經(jīng)常居住地”。

（三）是否決定聘任為仲裁員，以發(fā)放仲裁員聘書為準(zhǔn)，聘任后列入仲裁員名冊(cè)。如申請(qǐng)人未被聘任，不再專門予以回復(fù)。

（四）申請(qǐng)人提供的申請(qǐng)材料，本會(huì)將嚴(yán)格保密。紙質(zhì)版申請(qǐng)材料、電子版申請(qǐng)材料不予退回。

（五）本次公開選聘名額控制在10名以內(nèi)。

(I) The application starts from the date of this announcement until September 20, 2025. Any application submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

(II) The applicant shall simultaneously submit true, accurate and complete application materials, in electronic and paper versions.

Please send the electronic materials to cqaciac@www.bic-ah.com, with the email and file name uniformly labeled "Arbitrator application + name + habitual residence". Ensure all the materials are scanned into PDF, compressed, packaged and sent completely.

Please mail the paper version to Room 402, Saturn Building B2, No. 96 Starlight Avenue, Yubei District, Chongqing, China (Recipient: Chongqing Arbitration Commission), indicating "Arbitrator application + name + habitual residence" on the mailing slip.

(III) Appointment shall be subject to the issuance of the appointment letter, and the arbitrator will be included in the arbitrator list after appointment. No reply will be made to the applicants if they have not been appointed.

(IV) The Commission will keep the application materials strictly confidential. Electronic and paper materials will not be returned.

(V) The recruitment quota is 10.
